Marketing Projects

So, here is an example of a project I'm working on for a friend and her dog food company. I hope you like it. I plan on doing more such work and hopefully branching out soon!

Freelance Photography and Design

The last few months have seen some profound changes in my life and how I am able to utilize my time during the day. With these changes I have been able to devote more time to freelance photography and am learning 'on the job' how to do photojournalism. Many of these assignments can be found in the Roseville Press Tribune, distributed on Wednesdays and Saturdays. You can also view much of the work on their website at Rosevillept.com. If you are interested in finding a particular article, please email me and I will get back to you with more specifics.

Roseville Press Tribune Photos

I have two recent photoshoots online at the Roseville Press Tribune. You can see them at:

Creative Renaissance

It's been quite some time since I have updated anything on my webpage, and it has not been for lack of desire. Whether it was due to work or other personal commitments, updating the page and showing new work just wasn't the number one priority. However, I feel the winds of change bringing me back soon.

I have recently had my work situation change, and will be devoting more time to taking photographs and being more creative. I am anticipating this to be reflected in my page in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes out!

Dog Days of Summer

As the Summer draws to a close, no new photography exhibits are currently set to show. I am working on a couple projects through September and October, and plan on having new material to show before the end of Fall. I will keep you posted if new events pop up in the mean time, but per the usual, if you have any ideas or potential projects that you think would be befitting of my photographic skills, please let me know.

Hope you've all had a great Summer!

Cole

P.S. Revisions are slowly being made on my website, and am hoping to have the addition of photos in my blog soon!

3rd Saturday Art Walk - Roseville!

It's been a bit of a layoff since I've updated my page, but will be showing this month, June 20th, at the Downtown Roseville Library as part of their 3rd Saturday Art Walk.

I have yet to determine all the works that I will be displaying, but plan on a few drawings, a few photos, and exhibiting the Cystic Fibrosis Project that I showed last month at Vox Cafe's 2nd Saturday exhibit.

I am hoping to be in attendance as well, though there may be a conflict, but would love to see your support!

Cole

Media Coverage for A Call To Action

In the latest issue of the Sacramento News & Review there is an interview with Joslyn Newens ('15 Minutes' by local journalist of 'Eco Warrior Princess' fame, Sena Christian)who is the subject of an exhibit being shown at Vox Cafe on May 9th in West Sacramento. The interview focuses on Joslyn's daily routine and life with cystic fibrosis and features a photo I took in our portrait shoot.

A Call To Action: Vox Sacramento Second Saturday, May 9th

On Saturday, May 9th I'll be showing some portraits of my friend Joslyn who is suffering from Cystic Fibrosis. The show is being put on by Vox to bring awareness to a number of issues it holds close to its heart. The main theme of the night will be focusing on genocide survivors from Rwanda.

For more information on the show, go to www.voxsac.com. I am grateful to do whatever I can to help Joslyn bring awareness to the deadly disease that plagues her and hope that you can come out and show your support as well.

New Art

I have posted a couple drawings up to diversify my portfolio page, I hope you enjoy. I'm working on putting a greater emphasis on my drawing, since it was my initial love growing up. I'm hoping to do a series of drawings of some of my favorite, lesser known musicians. I am posting a drawing of Ben Lee tonight. If you don't know Ben Lee, you should check him out. He's kind of light hearted, sing along pop. Some great tunes, and as a bonus, just recently married Ione Skye, or Diane from Say Anything (Ms.Lloyd Dobbler).
